I’ve had a series of standard/T-handle push brooms (for snow removal) that hold up for awhile and usually the bristles and/or the broom “base” wear out or fail. Pushing heavy snow around on concrete is an extreme application, but this USA Broom looks like it’ll last a lifetime.
Assembly was super easy and everything went together smoothly. I applied some loc-tite to the bracing hardware just so nothing loosens up while it’s being used. The handle and base are quality wood and finished to protect against the elements.
I made one modification to the bracing - applying a foam wrap to the metal. I use this for getting snow off cars and didn’t want the metal of the braces to potentially hit a car body panel.
