Any package over 2 lbs, will be shipped using USPS or UPS. All of your shipments are tracked. We will send you tracking information via email within one (1) business day of shipment. Orders are estimated to be received within 3-5 business days.

  • Orders received Monday-Friday before 11am CST will be shipped the same day.
  • Orders received Monday-Friday after 11am CST will be shipped the next business day.
  • Orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

If there are any problems processing your credit card, your order may be delayed.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a replacement or refund. 

  • All products must be in the condition you received it. We will not do returns/exchanges for products that have been used or otherwise damaged.
  • USA Broom™ will take care of all reshipping costs for damaged or incorrect items sent. Customers must pay for return shipping if USA Broom™ is not at fault. 
  • Products can be returned within 30 days of initial purchase. Returns/exchanges can be processed online.
  • Refunds generally take 5-7 days to return to the customer's account.
